The Mobile Presence is a real-time application for measuring employee attendance both in the office and outside the office in real-time utilizing Wi-Fi and GPS technology. The business process is designed to comply with the applicable regulations in the civil servant environment, including Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 and Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010. The attendance scheme includes:

• Employee presence in the office using Wi-Fi / GPS
• Employee presence outside the office using GPS
• Submission and approval by superiors in proposals:
• 1. Off-duty
  2. Leave
  3. Overtime
  4. Permit
• Unexcused absences and disciplinary actions
• Personal and unit work attendance reports
• Off-duty reports

The Mobile Presence utilizes a mobile phone to execute all applications, for both Android and iOS-based smartphones as their operating systems.
